Our emailing list is controlled by MailChimp. We choose them as our provider in large part due to their very exacting standards of data protection and privacy.
MailChimp has self-certified to both the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield regimes, and lawfully transfers EU/EEA personal data to the U.S. pursuant to our Privacy Shield Certification. They also complete a SOC II Type 2 examination on an annual basis for the Trust Principal Criteria of Security, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Availability. In addition, they are prepared to address any requests made by their customers related to their expanded individual rights under the GDPR.
When you sign up to our email newsletter you will be specifically agreeing to your name and email address and preferences on the sign up form being transferred and stored by MailChimp to be used in our email marketing campaigns. You may withdraw consent for this at any time in the future by unsubscribing to our emails and provision for this is contained on every email we send out.
We are regulated by the laws governing the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
